After a suffering a life changing heart attack almost 4 years ago, I set out to change how I was showing up in the world. I left a 25-year marriage, was restructured out of my job in Big Pharma 3 months later, and traveled extensively on my motorcycle through Canada, the USA and Central America searching for my purpose in life and ultimately happiness. As a Professional Life Coach, known as “The Kindfulness Coach”. I help my clients clear their way toward personal freedom and happiness in their everyday life by letting go of the past, trusting in the future, and surrendering to the power that lies within us all.
